Martin Nicholls is a trusted advisor to multinationals and mid-market organisations looking to grow their commercial footprint across the Asia Pacific region.

Originally from UK and qualified to MBA level, founder, Martin Nicholls has been based in Asia Pacific for over 20 years and currently spreads his time between Australia and Asia. With implicit knowledge and deep connections throughout the region, Martin has lived in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong/China, Singapore and Thailand bringing a unique mix of experience to the organisations he works with.

For most of his career he has been involved in the people business – searching, assessing and hiring the talent required for multinational corporations to achieve their goals. He is an avid traveller and frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the region.  He is also an ICF certified coach who applies his intimate knowledge of Asia to help professionals across the globe help to achieve their personal and profession goals.
